Hesperidin has properties that support vascular capacity and blood flow. [1] With improved blood flow, muscles receive more oxygen and nutrients, resulting in superior performance and better training results. The effects of hesperidin on vascular endurance performance have been extensively studied, and the results are promising.

Creatine

A package of Levann “jA” Pre-Workout supplement contains 10 sachets - 13 g of the product in each sachet. 1 pack of pre-workout supplement is enough for 10 workouts.

How to use Levann “jA” Pre-Workout supplement?

Levann “jA” Pre-Workout supplement should be used according to the instructions on the package. Dissolve 1 sachet of the product in 300 ml of cool water, stirring vigorously for about a minute. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation, preferably after a meal. Recommended consumption immediately before training.

Contraindications and precautions

The muscle supplement is intended for adults with increased physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Contains caffeine - not recommended for children and pregnant women (200 mg/portion). The supplement should not be consumed with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not use the supplement in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components. Do not use the supplement after the minimum shelf life. Pre-Workout supplement from Levann should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
