When will the coconut paste be available? Or any other temporarily out-of-stock products?

Please, sign up for the product availability notification on the product card. We will notify you by e-mail when the product is available again.

Such products as the coconut paste are best-sellers and it happens that they sell out immediately. We guarantee you that we regularly order all goods from the best sources. Please, be patient when waiting for the product to be availabile again. The waiting time often does not depend on us.

I can’t find the product in the store.

Use our product search box. Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and write the name of the product you look for.

How can I get access to the diet?

After you pay for the order which includes the diet, in your customer acccount you can find the diet codes in the following tab: PERSONAL DATA and DOWNLOADS / DOWNLOADS. Click the button: DOWNLOAD CODE. Your individual diet code will appear. We will send you a special link to use and activate the diet to the email address you provided when placing the order.

If your order includes other products apart from the diet, the code to download will be available after sending the whole order.

I have problems with logging in to the store. What should I do to log in?

If you don’t remember your login password, use the box: “Forgot your login or password?” on the website: We will help you to recover your login data or generate a new password :)

How can I check the order status?

Just log in to your account and select the tab: ORDERS AND AVAILABLE BALANCE. You will find there both your current orders and order history.

How long will I wait for the order?

The standard waiting time is one day for orders placed before 12 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. can be sent the next working day. Sometimes, in the time of increased traffic on the webite caused by discounts, introducing new products or making the coconut paste available again :) the order processing time may be extended. We do our best to inform you about such events.

Can I change the order I have placed and add some products?

You can change your order until you get information about it status: packing. If you have not received such information yet, you can log in to your account and check current orders. If you see the pen icon and the option “change order” next to the order number on the right side of the list of orders, you can still change your order. Follow the steps and you will be able to edit the order you previously placed.

I have placed two orders. Can I combine them and pay just for one delivery?

It is best to check if you can edit your first order before placing the second order. If it is possible, follow the steps specified in Point 10. If your first order cannot be edited, it means that it has been already packed and is waiting for picking up by a courier. In such a case, there is no possibility of combining orders and you have to place a new order.

The product from my order was damaged. What should I do?

Take a photo of the outside of the parcel. Next, take a photo of the damaged product. Send the photos to our email address: We will contact you to arrange details of the return.

The parcel content is different than my order. What should I do now?

Please, contact us: Remember to inform us of the ID of the incomplete order and the name of the missing product./p>

I have problems with payment. How can I pay for my order?

We offer you a lot of payment methods. We use Przelewy24 services thanks to which you can make a quick money transfer by choosing your bank. You can also pay by card. You can also pay using PayPal. Use any of the methods we offer. If you still have problems with payment, select the method of a traditional bank transfer and make a payment to the account given.

Can I pay by a bank transfer?

Yes. When selecting a payment method, choose: Traditional transfer. You will be redirected to the website of Przelewy24 which payment services we use. Choose an account assigned to your bank. If you make a bank transfer from a bank which is not listed or want to pay by a postal order, you can select an account from the list. You have to remember that your payment will be credited to our account within 1-3 days.

I need an invoice. How can I get it?

In the third step of placing an order: “Comments to the order”, you can select which document you want to receive. Mark the option “Invoice” and it will be generated in your account.

What happens if I’m not at home when the courier comes?

In the email confirming sending your order, you will find your parcel tracking number. Thanks to it, you can track your parcel and get a pickup address if the courier has left it in the pickup point because you were not at home.
