We have a lot of proven ways to spend interesting time at home, but of course cooking and baking are on the podium!
Being in the kitchen among the tempting smells this is it :)

This time, we have baked great chocolate cookies that taste great with jam.
Be warned! As soon as you open the oven... it's hard to resist! :D

Ingredients for chocolate cookies with jam:

  • 2 bars of dark (80%) chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g oat flour
  • 5 dates (previously soaked)
  • 120 g of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • a few optional nuts (cashew, Italian, hazelnut)
  • favorite delicacies
  • jam with chia strawberry or blackcurrant

Recipe for chocolate cookies with jam:

  1. Dissolve the chocolate with coconut oil in a saucepan
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Blend
  4. Form cookies
  5. Put on a baking tray
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees
  7. Just before eating, decorate with a teaspoon of jam
