Cookies Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices by means of Cookies, used for providing services by electronic means, requested by the User, by HPBA Group Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Zaciszańska 9, 03-284.

1. Definitions

  1. Administrator - means HPBA Group Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Warsaw , address: ul. Zaciszańska 9, 03-284, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division under KRS number: 0000596276, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5242791344, Statistical Identification Number (REGON): 363500193, which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information in the User's devices.

  2. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices which are used by the User to browse the webpages of the Website.

  3. Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.

  4. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners via the Website.

  5. Website - means the webpage under which the Administrator runs a website, in the www.foodsbyann.com domain.

  6. Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the webpages of the Website.

  7. User - means an entity for which services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the law.

2. Types of used Cookies

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter User Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. 3. Purpose of using Cookies

  1. Administrator uses own Cookies for providing proper configuration of the Website, in particular to:

    1. adjust the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimize the use of Website pages.

    2. recognize the Website User's device and its location and properly display the website, adapted to their individual needs;

4. Possibilities to determining the storage conditions or gaining access via Cookies

User can change the settings, referred to in the previous sentence, using web browser settings or service configuration. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block automatic cookie handling in the web browser settings or to inform whenever Cookies are placed on the User's device.   1. The User may, at any time, delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser they use.

  2. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
