Apple tart with cinnamon recipe

Oh my, how we love our apple pie… :)
We also like to experiment, so we baked this delicious apple tart with cinnamon.
The smell... the taste...
In the eyes of our imagination we are 5 years old again and with our plump hands we try to reach a piece of cake baked by our grandmother....
Okay, but since thinking alone has not fed anyone, let's go back to modern times and start preparing the cake. :)
Ingredients for the tart with apples and cinnamon:
THE CRUST:- 2 glasses of gluten-free oat flakes
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 glass of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
- 8 tablespoons of cold water
TOP:
- Approximately 7-8 apples
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon of cranberry lio shake for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation of the tart with apples and cinnamon:
BOTTOM:- Blend all ingredients
- Place it in the cake tin and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour
TOP:
- Wash the apples and remove the cores
- Cut them into thin strips and sprinkle with lemon
- Add the spices and maple syrup and stir carefully so that the slices do not break apart
- Remove the crust from the fridge and place the apples on it, as shown in the picture :)
- Before placing in the oven, sprinkle with coconut sugar and cranberries
- Bake in 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes
