Vegan chocolate protein powder, 500 g
- Protein shake for active people. Exceptional taste, creamy texture and the perfect companion for any workout.
Vegan protein for muscle development
with perfect chocolate flavour and creamy consistency!
While conducting regular and intensive trainings, I never forget to provide my body with essential ingredients, which it needs, especially during regular physical activity. The body cannot be deceived and during strength exercises it requires appropriate nutritional values and above all good quality protein.
My vegan chocolate protein blend is a protein supplement based on pea proteins and cocoa. It contains a unique composition of amino acids and is an ideal dietary supplement both before and after workout. Rich, full amino acid profile provides the muscles with all elements necessary for growth and development.
One serving contains over 21 g of high quality vegetable protein of the highest biological value and has low content of carbohydrates and fats.
The protein mix dissolves well, so the resulting cocktail has a deliciously creamy texture.
It is a unique product for athletes and active people who, like me, cannot imagine a day without a decent dose of exercise.
Especially because my protein is:
- vegan,
- lactose-free,
- sugar-free,
- gluten-free.
Protein powder is a very good way to supplement the diet with valuable ingredients, although it is an alternative, not a method to replace all our nutrition. Protein stays in the stomach longer, the satiating effect lasts longer as a result, and it has an impact on how much we eat in a given day.
Recently, protein-fat breakfasts have been gaining in popularity as a result. Individuals function better at the beginning of the day and have more energy. This can be linked to the action of insulin in our body. If someone has the beginnings of insulin resistance and starts the day with a lot of oatmeal, their sugar level will fluctuate throughout the day. So we jump from moments of euphoria to falling asleep at our desks.
That's why a breakfast with more protein and fats rather than carbohydrates is the best way to start the day, in my opinion.

Pea protein isolate has, among others, a high concentration of arginine, lysine, phenylalanine and BCAA (branched-chain amino acids).. It is an excellent source of iron. Arginine supports healthy blood circulation, while leucine, isoleucine and valine promote muscle growth. Due to the lack of gluten and lactose, pea protein is quickly digested and thus it leaves you with a feeling of satiety and lightness even immediately after a meal.
Cacao is a good source of: magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, B vitamins and fibre. Cacao is also rich in tryptophan which is turned into one of the main neurotransmitters in our body - serotonin (commonly known as happiness hormone). Simultaneously, thanks to such compounds as theobromine, caffeine and anandamide, cacao stimulates and enhances our mood. Cacao contains phenethylamine (PEA) which increases the level of dopamine in the body what results in the improvement of our focus, alertness and mood.
