Do you like sweet breakfasts? My family and I regularly prepare something deliciously sweet for our first or second breakfast. We are very fond of oatmeal and pancakes, but there are many more possibilities for a nice meal of this type. Importantly, the addition of sugar is not necessary at all. I present to you banana bread, a sort of combination of bread and cake, which steals the hearts of small and large gluttons.

What's so special about it, besides its great taste? It contains no added sugar, preservatives, lactose and wheat. It's a ready mix of 4 naturally gluten-free flours: oat, rice, flax and tapioca. All you need to do is add vegetable drink, bananas, coconut oil and lemon juice to bake a fresh, wonderfully fragrant bread with a very pleasant texture.

 

Why choose baked goods without wheat flour?

This is the most versatile option. It suits those who, for various reasons, have to give up wheat flour in their diet.
