For a nutritious and extremely filling breakfast we propose a rice dish with roasted banana. This dish is also ideal as a snack, a dessert or the second meal of the day. We guarantee that the rice is incredibly delicious and, of course, very healthy!
Ingredients for the rice dish with roasted banana:
- 50-70 g of whole-grain rice flakes
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of coconut sugar
- 3 squares of bitter chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 150 ml of plant milk (coconut milk, but oat milk is also a good choice)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut mousse
- a pinch of cinnamon
- favourite fruit
Preparation of the rice dish with roasted banana:
- Boil the rice in plant milk
- Add all the ingredients except for the banana
- Cut the banana in half, sprinkle it with cinnamon and bake it in the oven
- Serve the rice dish with roasted banana
