Here is one of our favourites - the chia pudding! Do you know it and do you like it?
Chia seeds hide a magical power in them. They have a beneficial influence on the digestive system; they also have an anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effect; they help to maintain proper cholesterol levels and support the fight against hypertension.
Well then? Shall we start preparing it?
Chia pudding ingredients:
THE PUDDING- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 1 glass of almond milk
- 1/3 glass of chia seeds
- 1/3 glass of coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
THE MOUSSE
- 1 mango
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Chia pudding recipe:
- Stir all the pudding ingredients vigorously
- Place it in the fridge for about 1 hour
- Blend mango with maple syrup
- Pour it over the pudding
- Cool it down again for a while
- Eat your pudding and enjoy its taste
