Here is one of our favourites - the chia pudding! Do you know it and do you like it?

Chia seeds hide a magical power in them. They have a beneficial influence on the digestive system; they also have an anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effect; they help to maintain proper cholesterol levels and support the fight against hypertension.

Well then? Shall we start preparing it?



Chia pudding ingredients:

THE PUDDING
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 1 glass of almond milk
  • 1/3 glass of chia seeds
  • 1/3 glass of coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

THE MOUSSE
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Chia pudding recipe:

  1. Stir all the pudding ingredients vigorously
  2. Place it in the fridge for about 1 hour
  3. Blend mango with maple syrup
  4. Pour it over the pudding
  5. Cool it down again for a while
  6. Eat your pudding and enjoy its taste
