Take 2 capsules daily after a meal, drinking water. The daily serving for consumption is 2 capsules.

Levann Supplements Gut Harmony is intended for adults. Do not exceed the recommended serving to be taken per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components. Do not use the supplement after the minimum shelf life date. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

The package contains 60 capsules and is sufficient for 30 days of supplementation.

Benegut®* is an innovative active ingredient extracted from the herb Perilla frutescens, whose main strength is vicenin-2, rosmarinic acid and a special fraction of flavonoids [3]. Clinically tested, Benegut® demonstrates significant properties to support the digestive system[4] by:

• providing the body with the nutrients needed to maintain good bowel and immune system function,
• supporting problems with bloating or intestinal discomfort,
• regulating the bowel movement cycle.

In the manufacturer's randomized, double-blind study with 50 subjects, after 4 weeks of regular use of Benegut®, subjects reported that all digestive comfort criteria improved significantly[5]. Benegut® has been clinically proven to:

• promote a reduction in the sensation of bloating,
• affect reduced gas and burping in the stomach,
• eliminate the feeling of fullness,
• support overall abdominal comfort.

*Perilla frutescens basil leaf extract supports the production of cytokines and specific antibodies.

Is the main source of energy for enterocytes, the cells that line the intestines. It is through glutamine that enterocytes can function effectively and regenerate. Insufficient glutamine can weaken the intestinal barrier - the body's first line of defense against pathogens[6]. What's more, glutamine also has significant antioxidant potential, as it participates in the production of glutathione, one of the most potent antioxidants in the body, standing up to fight free radicals, which often contribute to inflammation and deterioration of the gastrointestinal tract[7].

Papain is a naturally occurring enzyme in the fruit and leaves of papaya (Carica papaya) from the protease group, which is structurally similar to pepsin - a key enzyme in protein digestion, breaking down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Therefore, papain, as a natural ally of your digestive system, can help assimilate nutrients for efficient digestion and well-being[8,9].

This is a natural blend of proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus)[10]. These specialized enzymes play a key role in the digestive process by breaking down proteins into smaller, more easily digestible molecules[11].

Lanceolate plantain* is a unique plant that is great for supporting intestinal function. Thanks to the presence of pectins and polysaccharides, which break down into smaller molecules under the influence of enzymatic reactions and combine with mucins on the intestinal mucosa, they form a protective layer. This layer acts as a barrier, preventing harmful bacteria and other pathogens from adhering to the intestinal walls. What's more, plantain acts as a natural prebiotic, providing valuable nutrients for good intestinal bacteria.

*Ribwort plantain contributes to maintaining normal intestinal function and helps maintain a healthy microbial balance.

Sodium butyrate is an ally of metabolism and proper bowel function. It supports our digestive system on many levels. The butyric acid in sodium butyrate supports intestinal function - as much as 95% of this acid is used by intestinal cells for growth and renewal[12]. It is what keeps intestinal cells nourished and allows them to regenerate quickly, ensuring the continuity and integrity of the mucosa[13].

We have used microencapsulated sodium butyrate in our formulation for better absorption and targeted action. Microencapsulation is a technology that surrounds the active ingredient in a special casing that protects it from external agents (e.g., stomach acid), while allowing the precise release of the ingredient at the right place in the digestive system, the intestines.

Niacin* is a key component of the B vitamin complex, which plays an important role in the digestive system. Niacin revitalizes the mucous membranes and supports their proper functioning.
