- Pour the contents of the package into a wide bowl.
- Add egg or aquafaba and coconut oil.
- Knead the dough until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, transfer to a floured pastry board and roll out each part to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
- Cut out your favorite gingerbread shapes and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
