They have a natural origin, and their regular consumption produces beneficial effects. One of the superfoods is matcha.
Japanese green tea called matcha has long been known to have medicinal benefits. It means "tea powder" when translated literally. According to studies, it has the same nutritional value as 10 cups of conventional green tea in only one cup. Matcha is also over 100 times higher in beneficial antioxidants. This is so that we don't just ingest the liquid when we drink matcha tea, but also the finely ground tea leaves.

The tea leaves generate the amino acids that give it their sweetness and robust aroma during this time, turning a pale green color.
