The recipe for Lio Shake poultry pancakes

We are serving poultry today, because we like to prepare turkey very much. If you don’t have turkey, you can replace it in this recipe with chicken. Just as always, we ask you to keep the quality and the origin of the meat in mind. We have enriched the recipe with a secret ingredient - Lio Shake! :)

We used Lio Shake for our pancakes because you often ask what you can use it for. So there you go. Depending on the taste you prefer, choose Beetroot Lio Shake or Spinach Lio Shake. You can also prepare a mix, a part with one taste and a part with another taste. Yummy!

Ingredients for poultry pancakes with Lio Shake:

  • 150 - 200 g of poultry (turkey or chicken) breast
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a pinch of thyme
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Beetroot Lio Shake (option 1)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Spinach Lio Shake (option 2)

Preparation of poultry pancakes with Lio Shake:

  1. Wash the meat thoroughly and then mince it
  2. Grate the courgette and strain excess liquid
  3. Mix it with the meat and spices, after which mix one half with Beetroot Lio Shake and another half with Spinach Lio Shake
  4. Add the egg, stir again and form pancakes
  5. Bake in the oven, on baking paper, for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees
  6. And it’s ready to be served!
