I have always said that preserves made from Polish fruit are a great way to provide the body with the necessary vitamins. They perfectly complement the diet during the cold weather of fall and winter. Pasteurizing fruit is a great way to preserve valuable nutrients and use them during rainy fall, cold winter and early spring.
Organic peach cultivation provides the ideal raw material for creating a nutritious delicacy. I am happy to use my culinary knowledge and experience of previous generations in this field. My product contains 100% natural organic peaches. It is enriched with the addition of linseed, which is a traditional ingredient in Polish cuisine.
The fruit spread is perfect with bread, and is also an excellent snack on its own. The nutritional values and taste are enriched by the addition of natural apple juice and a hint of lemon. You can use it for pancakes, it also goes well with millet, muesli or porridge.
In the process of frying organic peaches, we managed to obtain 100g of fruit and 100g of the finished product.

Ecological peach fruit with a slightly furry skin and yellowish-red color has an intense and sweet-honey aroma. The spread contains naturally occurring sugars. Both the ingredients farming and the frying process were done in Poland using traditional methods without preservatives. The naturally occurring sugars in peach and apple fruit do not require added sugar or other sweeteners. The natural color of the fruit becomes more intense during frying.
Linseed is a popular and recognized ingredient in Polish culture. It has been used in the herbal tradition for a long time and it is a Polish superfood. The addition of 1% linseed enriches the peach mixture with a valuable source of fiber. The consumption of linseed diversifies our diet with the antioxidants, amino acids and easily digestible proteins contained in it.
The low-fat product contains a wide range of mineral and antioxidant compounds. The peach delicacy includes, among others: sodium, potassium, protein, calcium and iron. Vitamins A and C contained in it are an ideal supplement to the diet, helping to increase immunity.
Eating peaches is recommended while on slimming diets. Due to their diuretic-supporting properties, they are recommended as a dietary supplement. Peach promotes calming and relaxing activities. The boron contained in it helps to raise the level of estrogen.
