Conducting regular and intense workouts, I never forget to provide the body with the necessary ingredients that it needs, especially during systematic physical effort. The body cannot be deceived and requires appropriate nutritional values, and above all, good quality protein.
My vegan chocolate protein is a protein supplement based on pea and cocoa proteins. It has a unique set of amino acids and is an ideal supplement to the diet, helpful both before and after training. The rich, complete amino acid profile helps provide muscles with all the elements necessary for growth and development.
One serving contains over 21 g of high-class vegetable protein with the highest biological value and low content of carbohydrates and fats.

It also contains tryptophan, which is converted into one of the main neurotransmitters in our body - serotonin. At the same time, thanks to the content of compounds such as theobromine, caffeine and anandamide, cocoa supports stimulating processes, while supporting the mood. The content of the phenylethylamine compound (PEA) in cocoa helps to increase the level of dopamine in the body, which helps to improve focus, alertness and well-being.
Method of preparation and dosage:
Mix 30 g of powder (about 1 scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or plant-based drink. Pour the liquid into the shaker first, then add the powder. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
The cocktail can be consumed after training or as a snack during the day (1-3 portions per day).
