They have a great, unique composition:
- without white sugar - they are sweetened with cane sugar,
- without trans fats - they are manufactured using coconut oil,
- without soy lecithin,
- without eggs.
Oat flakes provide the body with fibre, mainly beta-glucan. It is a complex carbohydrate with prebiotic properties (among others). It slows down the process of sugar absorption, thus preventing obesity, and strengthens the immune system.
Pumpkin seeds have numerous nutritional values, among which zinc and vitamin E content should be highlighted. They also lower cholesterol levels, and thanks to their magnesium and potassium content, they have an excellent effect on the nervous system.
