Usage
Consume directly or during a meal. The recommended daily intake is:
5 drops for children over 3 years of age,
10 drops for adults,
20 drops for people over 75 years of age.

Contraindications and precautions
The product is intended for the healthy adult population at a dose of 2000 IU (50 µg) and for children over 3 years of age at a dose of 1000 IU (25 µg). The dose of 4000 IU (100 µg) is intended only for healthy individuals over 75 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin or acenocoumarol).
Before use, it is recommended to perform a blood test for 25-(OH)D and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
