Gluten-free Oat flakes
Oat flakes provides your body with fibre, mainly beta-glucan. It is a complex carbohydrate which has, among others, prebiotic properties. It slows down the processes of sugar digestion, thus preventing obesity, and boosts the immune system.
How to prepare: Add milk, plant milk or water to a 50-gram portion, mix it thoroughly and leave for 3 minutes. You can add your favourite LIO Shake, nut butter or fresh fruit. The oatmeal can be also added to yogurt.
